1. What is your Shipping/Handling Policy?
This does not apply to local delivery (within regions listed on delivery page).
Balloon Box or Pack-A-Box orders received by 1:00pm are processed to be shipped within 2 calendar days (not counting Sunday).
Ready-to-Ship Box orders received by 1:00pm are processed to be shipped by the next calendar day (not counting Sunday).
Standard shipping takes anywhere from 3-7 business days. Expedited shipping takes anywhere from 3-4 business days.

Fast shipping is important to us particularly as it applies to balloons, and our average delivery time for orders across the United States is 3-4 business days after your order is placed.

Shipping time is an estimate. We will get your Balloon Box/Pack-A-Box product in the hands of a carrier within 2 calendar days (next day for Ready-to-Ship Box) if ordered by 1:00pm, from whence all guarantees depend upon carrier (typically UPS).

We urge you to place your order allowing ample time for delivery to your recipient.
Within 12-24 hours after your order has shipped, we will notify you via email with a tracking number.

2. What is your Return/Refund Policy?
No returns, refunds, or exchanges.
3. What is your Pickup/Local Delivery Policy?
Pickup or Delivery by 8pm in DMV (25 miles from 20707) within 2 calendar days of order for balloon boxes or any pack-a-box luxe box; next day pickup or local delivery for ready-to-ship boxes.

Balloon Box or Pack-A-Box order has to be placed by 1:00pm for local delivery within 2 calendar days, and 6:00pm for pickup within 2 calendar days.
Ready-to-Ship Box order has to be placed by 1:00pm for next day local delivery or 6:00pm for next day pickup.

Pickup or Delivery can also be scheduled up to 90 days in advance. Simply schedule in the Delivery Info section in your cart. You will receive a reminder when your order is ready for pickup or local delivery.
